m1cblack Posting once or twice a day is totally fine. If you already have a decent following, one solid post a day is actually better—it keeps your audience engaged without overwhelming them. Builds curiosity for the next post.
PinkZebra One post a day works well, especially when you’re starting out. You can do 2 or 3, but I’d start slow and see how your audience reacts.
